It is just 4 weeks one of the greatest competitions on the planet takes place, that right it’s the Rugby World Cup 2015!

Each entrant to the sweepstake will need to provide a bottle of wine from the country they have drawn!  The bottles will be collected and safely stored for the duration of the competition. Then following the World Cup final on Saturday 31st October the stash of wine will be distributed as follows: -

  • 1st Place – 10 bottles
  • 2nd Place – 5 bottles
  • 3rd Place – 3 bottles
  • Biggest Loss in a single game – 2 bottles

If you would like to be included in this sweepstake you need to contact David Moss, Social Secretary directly. We are limited to 20 participants which will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Once our 20 are confirmed we will undertake to draw the names and teams out of a hat to marry up our teams and participants. This will be undertaken by someone impartial to the sweep stake. The draw will happen at the the Season Launch Party, OC Pavillion on 12th September 2015 following our first league game away to Kingswood (full details here).

Friday 18th September, England take on Fiji at Twickenham Stadium and 48 matches later one of your wine racks could be looking very healthy indeed and your dinner party guests wowed with your wide selection of vinos from around the world……….or conversely you young pups can head up the park with a straw each

You have got to be in it to win it!
